Instructions: How to Run?

  • After you finish downloading the project, unzip the project file and head over to your XAMPP directory.
  • There you’ll find a folder naming “htdocs”.
  • Inside the “htdocs” folder, paste the project folder (not the .zip one, but the extracted one).
  • Open your favorite browser; we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Then, go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin“.
  • Create a Database with a name that is provided inside the “01 LOGIN DETAILS & PROJECT INFO.txt”.
  • Click on the “Import” tab and choose the database file (.sql) which is provided under the folder naming “DATABASE FILE”.
  • After setting up all these, go to URL “http://localhost/[ PROJECT_FOLDER_NAME ]/“
  • All the login details are provided inside the project folder, check that out and enter in order to use it.

    there is no option to login,
    even trying with users found in data base.

    1. Maybe you’ve changed the project folder’s name, please do not change the project folder name without configuring when it comes to CodeIgniter projects!

  2. Hi, anytime i tried to log in or register. it is always showing HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.
    what can i do please.
    i open the code with wamserver

  3. @adminastro, please check the folder and the files again. i believe some files are missing. There is supposed to be a folder called home_controller. That is where my browser URL is indicating.

  4. Note:
    – Do not rename the folder ‘cism’
    – Use PHP version < 8.2 (as dynamic properties are depricated in 8.2 or higher)
    – if you have password protected phpmyadmin, then also put the same password in 'application/config/database.php'
