In an overview of this web app, the admin has the head of rights such as management of the users for the system. A user can also add hospital records from the admin panel. Talking more about the project, a patient account can view his number of records under various section such as consultation, surgery and diagnosis records. Here, the user can view full details including date & time, doctor name, complaints, treatments, reference number, etc. In terms of searching records, the user has to fill up certain details like doctor or staff’s ID, date & time, and reference number.

Under the doctor panel, the user can update his/her personal information and other account settings. The user can view full records of consultation, surgery, and diagnosis records which include date & time, patient’s name, id, complaints, findings, treatments, reference number, etc. For filtering patient records, he/she has to provide the patient’s id, date & time with a reference number. Besides, the doctor has the ability to insert patient data under categories like consultation, diagnosis, and surgery. On the other hand, the staff account has access to view and manage his/her personal details, look over available patient records and insert patient records under categories like consultation, diagnosis, and surgery. In terms of submitting patient data, both doctor and staff users have to fill up certain forms depending upon the category he/she selects for.

Instructions: How to Run?

• After you finish downloading the project, unzip the project file and head over to your XAMPP directory.
• There you’ll find a folder naming “htdocs”.
• Inside the “htdocs” folder, paste the project folder (not the .zip one, but the extracted one).
• Open your favorite browser; we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Then, go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin“.
• Create a Database with a name that is provided inside the “01 LOGIN DETAILS & PROJECT INFO.txt”.
• Click on the “Import” tab and choose the database file (.sql) which is provided under the folder naming “DATABASE FILE”.
• After setting up all these, go to URL “http://localhost/[ ENTER_PROJECT_FOLDER_NAME_HERE ]“
• All the login details are provided inside the project folder, check that out and enter in order to use it.
