Admin Panel

When it comes to the admin panel, the user has all the access to the system. An admin receives all the complaint messages where he/she can view each detail of it such as customer’s name, date of the complaint, reference number, subject, message. It also allows deleting the complaints if he/she wants to. But, another interesting thing is that an admin user can forward each complaint message to their engineer’s account.
