Here, the system displays a number of fee types such as admission, midterm, sports, etcetera. With it, the system also presents selected student’s fees available for the class. The system allows the school administrators to add student’s details with their respective classes and other details. Also, the admin can update class details. After setting up the student’s record, the admin can manage fees for the student. For this, an admin needs to enter the GR number of a particular student to generate his/her fees details. Afterwards, the user has to select the student’s fee type and payment mode. Here, the system displays a number of fee types such as admission, midterm, end term, computer lab, sports, etcetera. The system also allows the user to print out the fees receipt. For transaction viewing, the user can search records using dates and payment methods. Besides, the admin can search student’s records with the help of their GR number and name.

Instructions: How to Run?

• After you finish downloading the project, unzip the project file and head over to your XAMPP directory.
• There you’ll find a folder naming “htdocs”.
• Inside the “htdocs” folder, paste the project folder (not the .zip one, but the extracted one).
• Open your favorite browser; we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Then, go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin“.
• Create a Database with a name that is provided inside the “01 LOGIN DETAILS & PROJECT INFO.txt”.
• Click on the “Import” tab and choose the database file (.sql) which is provided under the folder naming “DATABASE FILE”.
• After setting up all these, go to URL “http://localhost/[ PROJECT_FOLDER_NAME ]/“
• All the login details are provided inside the project folder, check that out and enter in order to use it.
